Sheezan Khan's advocate, Sharad Rai told mid-day that his client wants a fair investigation in the matter.

He said, "Sheezan is innocent and he does not have any involvement in the alleged suicide. The couple broke up 15 days back with mutual understanding. They were also talking and meeting in the studio and never had any fights."

In the court Waliv police said that Khan has allegedly deleted some of the crucial chats which is suspicious.
