An unattended bag spotted around 11 am on Monday outside Borivali Railway Station (East) in Mumbai triggered a swift response from officials of Kasturba Marg Police Station.
Upon receiving the information, ATC officer API Yuvraj Inamdar and his team rushed to the spot and immediately informed DCP Zone 12 Mahesh Chimte, ACP (Dahisar) Shinde, and Senior Inspector Jayaraj Ranware. Acting under their guidance, the BDDS (Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad), North Unit, was called in to inspect the suspicious bag.
