The Badlapur Police in Maharashtra`s Thane district have arrested a watchman of a society for allegedly molesting a 25-year-old specially abled woman, an official said on Friday.

The incident, captured on CCTV footage of the building, was noticed by the parents of the victim who then approached the police to file a complaint, the official said.
