Farooq Mapkar, accused in the 1993 Hari Masjid rioting case, returnedu00a0home with a smile when he first came to know that he has been acquitted by the Sessions Court from the case.

When Mid DAY contacted Mapkar over the phone, he said, "My wife and parents don't know that I have been acquitted. I will surprise them with the news."
