Shivram S said, "I have just reached Mumbai after a 14-hour-long journey and have been waiting at the station for the past 15 minutes. Despite observing that I have heavy luggage on me, none of the drivers are interested in plying me."

Parth Mehta said, "I'm with my grandparents and want to take them to a hospital for a check up. However, these errant drivers lack courtesy for old people. Despite requesting them, none of the drivers agreed to ferry us."

Dharmesh Solanki, who was refused a fare, said, "I am with my family and all of us have heavy bags on us. However, none of the drivers are ready to ferry us to Dahisar."
Bipin Panchmiya, a senior citizen said, "The destination I want to go to, is close by. Despite requesting them (drivers), not a single driver is ready to take pity on an elderly person like me."
Daisy Montero said, "Running behind these arrogant auto drivers is a waste of precious time and energy. They will never change their attitude."

work, and I don't feel the need to disclose it to you."
Vidyashankar Jaiswal: "I've been driving since 7.30 am and need some rest. Hence I refused the passenger."
Madan Saw: "By gesticulating, the other rickshaw driver asked me to refuse the fare. Hence I said no to the
passenger."
