A bar manager was allegedly found murdered in a bar at Gajdarband in suburban Santacruz on Tuesday, police said.

A bar manager was allegedly found murdered in a bar at Gajdarband in suburban Santacruz on Tuesday, police said.

The deceased Uday Shetty was found murdered in the morning when Sangeet bar was opened, they said.

"Primary investigation reveals that he was beaten up with a heavy object on his head," police said.

"Shetty slept inside the bar when it was closed last night and was found in a pool of blood today morning," they said adding that, "further investigations are on."
