Passengers flying by British Airways (BA) on Monday received a rude shock when they could not find their luggage after landing in Mumbai. The flight from Heathrow landed at Terminal 2 at around 12.30 am, and passengers with connecting flights to other cities, who could not find their luggage, were left in the lurch.
