According to Rakesh Maria, Joint commissioner of police (crime),u00a0 Indian security agencies will go through proper channels and follow procedures to get the accused from Pakistan.
As per the procedure, the accused have to be shown wanted before red corner notices are issued against them.u00a0Indian authorities can then request Pakistan to hand over the accused.
However, though theu00a0procedure may sound simple, it will be difficult for India to get the accused as Pakistan has already rejected India'su00a0request to hand overu00a0most wanted criminals on more than one occasion.
The list included LeT leader Hafeez Saeed, the mastermind of the Mumbai terror attacks.

Extraditing underworld don Dawood Ibrahim to India also failed eventhough the authorities went through all sorts of procedures.
