The 52-year-old woman, who was allegedly raped by scion of Sriram Mills Abhishek Kasliwal, will depose before the sessions court on June 19.
The victim, who had disappeared mysteriously soon after the incident in March 2006, had on June 4 approached suburban Worli police station.

The victim's disappearance since October 2006 had resulted in a major setback to the case. "Five witnesses have deposed in the case against Kasliwal.
But without the complainant (victim) and no eye-witnesses, it would have been difficult to prove the case," public prosecutor Usha Kiran Makasare said. The victim was to be produced before the court today but could not as she was not feeling well.
"The victim will be produced on June 19 (Friday)," Makasare said. On March 11, 2006, Kasliwal had offered the victim a lift in his car from south Mumbai and had taken her to Sriram Mills compound in suburban Worli where he allegedly raped her.
A month later, Kalsiwal was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on the condition that he would not enter Mumbai until the trial is over. However, the high court last month granted Kasliwal permission to stay in Mumbai.
