What about terror?
Terror and safety of a common man on the streets of Mumbai are interrelated. More so after the 26/11 attacks in the city.
What do you think would be preventive measures against future attacks?
Beefing up the informers' network. Just as it was done while dealing with the underworld threats in the late 1990s. It also means strengthening methods of technical surveillance. The state intelligence team has been strengthened with the recruitment of permanent cadre recently. They will start delivering results soon.
Are you satisfied with the existing information network?
A little tuning will bring about a synergy between human intelligence and technical surveillance.

Technical surveillance means going beyond tapping and other methods. May be learning from the west.
