Owner gets back hijacked 26/11 car

Businessman Ramesh Arasa recently got back his Skoda, which was hijacked near Vidhan Bhavan by Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, the lone 26/11 terrorist caught alive, and his partner Ismail Khan before the latter was shot dead in Girgaum, The Times of India reported.

Businessman Ramesh Arasa recently got back his Skoda, which was hijacked near Vidhan Bhavan by Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, the lone 26/11 terrorist caught alive, and his partner Ismail Khan before the latter was shot dead in Girgaum, The Times of India reported.

The vehicle was handed over to Arasa following directives from the metropolitan magistrate's court.

The police were ordered to return the car on the condition that it could not be sold without the court's permission. Arasa was asked to give a bond of Rs 13 lakh.

Also, he has to take the car to court whenever required during the 26/11-terror trial.
