On clicking the 'New Technology Rake Commuter Feedback/Suggestion Form' which is being there on the WR's website www.wr.indianrailways.gov.in, a feedback is displayed which needs to be downloaded and comments mailed to com@mrvc.gov.in or posted to the address as mentioned in the form.
The WR are running two rakes between Churchgate and Borivali on the slow line. Officials said that there are speed restrictions on both slow and fast lines. According to Western Railway officials, many Mumbaikars are keen on boarding the new rake even if it means leaving a less empty rake.
