Ambani bomb scare case transferred to National Investigation Agency

The case relating to a Scorpio car with over 20 gelatin sticks found outside Reliance chief Mukesh Ambani’s residence Antilia has been transferred to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).


“Based on an order from the Ministry of Home Affairs we have taken over the case registered at Gamdevi police station with CR number 35/20. Process of registration of FIR is underway,”an NIA official told mid- day.


The car with 20 gelatin sticks inside was found near Ambani's multi-storey residence in south Mumbai, on February 25.
