The Bombay High Court, on Monday, refused to pass an injunction order to restrain Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik from tweeting against Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai Zonal Head Sameer Wankhede, reported Live Law.

"At the prima face stage, it cannot be said allegations are totally false", the Court said in its order.
