The Tilak Nagar police on Monday registered the case against the manager of Chheda Nagar Gymkhana for allegedly violating pandemic rules by allowing a wedding function comprising over 200 people instead of the permitted 50. Police also booked the bride and the groom’s parents for breaking rules and inviting over 200 people to the function. The civic body took action against people who did not wear masks during the event at the gymkhana.
