Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan said that he left the Congress after observing the mood of the nation, the ANI reported on Wednesday.
Ashok Chavan quit Congress on Tuesday and joined the BJP in the presence of deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis.
