Stating that adequate security was provided to advocate Anjali Waghmare, who is representing Qasab, the lone arrested terrorist in the November 26 terror strikes, Home Minister Jayant Patil on Tuesday said it was up to the court to decide if she should be replaced.
"Apparently, Waghmare is representing a victim of Mumbai attack seeking compensation. She is a wife of a police sub inspector. I think the court may not be knowing about it. Now it is up to the court whether to replace her or not," Patil said.
