COVID-19: Mumbai sees drop in fresh cases, records 461

The state recorded a total of 39 deaths, taking the toll to 51,591. The Thane Municipal Corporation area, Navi Mumbai and Kalyan-Dombivli Corporation area recorded 88, 99 and 57 cases, respectively, in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

For the second consecutive day, Mumbai saw a drop in daily COVID-19 cases and recorded 461 on Tuesday. However, the state continues to see more than 3,000 cases, with 3,663 fresh ones recorded on Tuesday, taking the total to 20.71 lakh.  

The state recorded a total of 39 deaths, taking the toll to 51,591. The Thane Municipal Corporation area, Navi Mumbai and Kalyan-Dombivli Corporation area recorded 88, 99 and 57 cases, respectively, in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
