The Dindoshi flyover has finally opened all three southbound lanes for traffic. The caveat, however, is that only light vehicles shall be allowed on this stretch. This has again left people in the lurch, as the service road below the flyover, leading to the Oberoi Mall junction, will be jam-packed with heavy vehicles.
