With Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray now at the helm of the state government, some of BMC's pending projects like the property tax waiver for houses measuring less than 500 square feet, reformation of the debt-ridden BEST, implementation of the Coastal Road project and nightlife policy, which are also some of Sena's pet projects, may get fast-tracked.

Out of all these, it will be very interesting to see the fate of the Coastal Road project which has been stalled and had the Sena's blessing. Now, which way will this go?
