Drugs case: NCB moves Bombay HC against bail granted to Sameer Khan

A special court had given bail to Khan on September 27, who is the son-in-law of Maharashtra cabinet minister Nawab Malik

In a major development, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has moved Bombay High Court seeking cancellation of bail granted to Sameer Khan. A special court had given bail to Khan on September 27, who is the son-in-law of Maharashtra cabinet minister Nawab Malik.

According to Bar and Bench, Khan, along with two other accused, Rahila Furniturewala and Karan Sejnani, were booked under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(C), 27A, 27, 28 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
