A fire broke out at the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation’s (ONGC’s) gas processing facility in Navi Mumbai on Monday afternoon, affecting gas supply to parts of Mumbai.
According to police, the blaze broke out around 3 pm at ONGC’s Uran plant in Raigad district. ONGC’s fire brigade managed to douse the flames after nearly two hours.
