Govandi: Shivajinagar police also recover mephedrone, ganja, codeine syrup, and Rs 1.3 lakh cash during raid at 23-year-old suspect’s residence

The Shivajinagar police in Govandi have seized narcotics worth over Rs 6 crore during a house search, leading to the arrest of a 23-year-old man.
During the raid, police recovered 3 kg of mephedrone (MD) with an estimated street value of Rs 6 crore. Additionally, 12 kg of ganja worth Rs 2.4 lakh, 36 bottles of codeine phosphate syrup (commonly sold under the brand name Corex) valued at Rs 18,000, and Rs 1.3 lakh in cash were seized.
