The Chief Minister Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena on Friday said it had a "strong moral and constitutional case" and urged Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narwekar to take a decision on the disqualification pleas of MLAs at the earliest, reported news agency PTI.
