Giving benefit of doubt, Bombay High Court has acquitted an alleged Ravi Pujari gang member, convicted by an anti-terror court on charges of conspiring and threatening a well known city builder by opening fire at his staff.
Justices V L Achliya and V K Tahilramani set aside the judgement of a designated Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) Court which had sentenced Ranjan Kadri to 10 years rigorous imprisonment in 2009, for threatening to Ekta Developers.
