The Bombay High Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing in Adnan Sami's property case lodged by his wife Sabah Galadari till Monday in order to discuss the "maintainability aspect."
The HC adjourned the case after Ravi Kadam, consul for Adnan Sami argued that case was fallout of a matrimonial dispute between the couple and it should hence be referred to the family court. The HC observed that it did not have a jurisdiction over the case and hence needed to discuss the "maintainability of the suit in the High Court."
