Crime Prevention Forum in association with the Mumbai Police had organised an exchange programme with the citizens and the police on Sunday. The annual programme has different themes every year and this year, the programme was based upon the Duty of an alert citizen in control of crime in the city. The programme was an interactive discussion and debates between the police and common public wherein they discussed the safety of the senior citizens, how public help can be given for better governance as well as the measures and solutions to prevent crime in the society. It was held in Goregaon wherein the chief guest was an retired IG of police H N Sambharya, the guest of honour being Dr Mahesh Patil, DCP zone XI and Ramchandra Aher, ACP, Goregaon division.
