The Kalyan police have booked the driver of the truck that ran over a 3-year-old boy and his mother.
The driver, Vaibhav Balu Vairal, 26, has been booked under Section 106 (1) (causing death due to negligence) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 184 (rash driving) of the Motor Vehicles Act.
