The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday said that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal will campaign in Mumbai for the Lok Sabha elections 2024.

The AAP volunteers were absolutely euphoric as celebrations erupted at the party's Fort office in Mumbai, the AAP said in a statement.
It said that as news trickled in of Supreme Court granting Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal interim bail to enable him to campaign in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024. The volunteers danced and distributed sweets.
"Today is a historic day for India. Satyameva Jayate! We have complete faith in our judiciary and the constitution. Arvind Kejriwal is India's hope and now that he will campaign, he will muster a 'tsunami' of support for the INDIA alliance across the country," Preeti Sharma Menon, AAP Mumbai President.
Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal on Friday evening walked out of the Tihar Jail in Delhi. He thanked Lord Hanuman as he stepped out of Tihar Jail on interim bail and sought people's support in his "fight against dictatorship".
Ruben Mascarenhas, National Joint Secretary, Aam Aadmi Party said, "Arvind Kejriwal will come to Mumbai to campaign with Uddhav Thackeray for the INDIA alliance. There is tremendous support for the INDIA alliance on the ground especially in Mumbai. With the support of the Indian people, Arvind Kejriwal will put an end to BJP and Modi's tyranny. Change is near."
