Shinde accuses Uddhav of crying 'crocodile tears', politicising farmer's relief

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Saturday launched a sharp attack on Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray, criticising his rally in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as a display of "crocodile tears" and accusing him of politicising the distress of farmers, reported the PTI.

Uddhav Thackeray, while addressing a public rally, had warned that farmers would be forced to take to the streets if the state government failed to announce a comprehensive loan waiver for those affected by heavy rains and floods.
