Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis hoists Indian Flag at Mantralaya

On the 79th Independence Day, CM Devendra Fadnavis hailed Maharashtra as a key contributor to India’s growth, highlighting its top position in FDI, manufacturing, exports, and start-ups. He praised Operation Sindoor, emphasized ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’, and detailed the state’s push for green energy, AI in agriculture, and Naxal-free Gadchiroli.

On the occasion of India’s 79th Independence Day, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday called the state a prominent participant in the country`s unstoppable growth story during the flag-hoisting ceremony at Mantralya. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also said that Maharashtra is taking concrete steps towards achieving its goals and running in the right direction. 

In his address after hoisting the tricolour at Mantralaya, the state secretariat in Maharashtra, on the occasion of the 79th Independence Day, Devendra Fadnavis also paid tributes to the freedom fighters, martyrs of the independence movement and the soldiers guarding the country`s borders, as per the news agency PTI. 

While addressing the crowd at Mantralaya on Friday, Fadnavis said, “Our security forces showed the world the country`s prowess during Operation Sindoor by destroying terrorist and military targets in Pakistan. The world came to know what New India is, as per the news agency PTI.
