Maharashtra Congress President Harshwardhan Sapkal on Friday launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister (CM) Devendra Fadnavis, accusing him of running the state in a “cold-blooded” and indifferent manner, particularly towards the suffering of farmers, news agency PTI reported.
