A fire broke out on Tuesday afternoon at a company in the Digha industrial area near Thane in Maharashtra, but was swiftly brought under control, officials said.
According to disaster control chief Sachin Kadam, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation’s (NMMC) Disaster Management Cell received an alert about the incident at around 1.30 pm, reported the PTI.
