Maharashtra deputy CM Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena party workers have reached Dharashiv district to aid flood-hit families, an official statement said.
It said that while most people on Thursday celebrate Dussehra with sweets and rituals, Shiv Sainiks chose to mark the festival by helping flood-affected families in Athardi village, Kalamb taluka, Dharashiv district.
