Maharashtra government on Tuesday said an ordinance would be promulgated on right to services, and a professional courses fee regulatory authority will be established through it.

In another cabinet decision, physiotheraphy post-graduate students in all government medical colleges will receive stipend, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis told a press conference after a cabinet meeting in Mumbai.
