Ahead of the next phase of Maharashtra local body elections, an NGO has launched the `Citizens` Manifesto`, outlining reforms aimed at improving service delivery, enhancing transparency through open civic data, strengthening municipal capacities and advancing priorities for resilient urban development, reported news agency PTI.
