Maharashtra Congress chief Harshwardhan Sapkal on Monday launched a sharp attack on the BJP-led Mahayuti government, alleging that the basic principles of free and fair elections are being systematically undermined in the ongoing municipal corporation polls across the state, reported the IANS.
