Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) Commissioner Saurabh Rao inspected the ongoing road repair works in Ghodbunder area and directed that all remaining works must be completed by May 30, officials said on Friday.

Earlier, on April 24, Rao had instructed that the works should be finished by May 20 and upon inspection on Thursday, it was found that most of the works on Ghodbunder Road were completed and some of remaining works were nearing completion. The Thane civic has ordered to complete the pending work urgently, they said.
