The prosecution has opposed the bail application moved by Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and two others accused in the September 29 Malegaon blast case.

Thakur, along with Shyam Sahu and Shivnarayan Kalsangra, contended that the ATS had failed to file a chargesheet in time.

The prosecution said there was no delay in filing the chargesheet, and also denied that the Sadhvi had been illegally detained for several days before she was formally arrested.
