The Crime Branch Unit VIII arrested the accused, Harish Bhatt, from Udipi locality in Mangalore after the police traced his mobile number. Using Call Detail Record (CDR), the police come to know that he was harassing the women by using two mobiles phones.

A laptop, two Airtel SIM Card, Data Card other equipments have been recovered from the possession of the accused, who has a diploma in computers.
