A 31-year-old man was killed after a portion of a residential building collapsed in Navi Mumbai. 

The incident took place around 10.30 pm on Saturday in Bonkode locality in the Koparkhairne area. Families living in the four-storey building had started evacuating the building on Saturday evening as a part of the building was leaning.
