A 2.5-foot-long crocodile was rescued from a pond in Mumbai`s Kurla on Friday, days after mid-day reported increasing concerns about unusual wildlife sightings in the area.
The reptile was safely captured by the Maharashtra Forest Department with assistance from the NGO SARRP India, officials said.
