As the dry spell continues in Mumbai, the city saw less number of monsoon aliment cases in August as compared to June and July. According to the BMC`s monsoon report, the number of cases related to leptospirosis and gastroenteritis reduced this month.
Around 265 leptospirosis cases and 819 gastroenteritis cases were reported in Mumbai, according to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) data.
