With an aim to curb the improper disposal of flower waste by traders in the Prabhadevi and Dadar railway stations vicinity, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has taken a significant step.

A waste collection and transport vehicle (compactor), has been stationed permanently in the Meenatai Thackeray Flower Market area to address this issue.
