Students of civic-run schools are set to get new uniforms soon as the BMC has set up a committee which, along with help from industry experts, will zero in on a new design.
“We have already started CBSE and ICSE board schools. From the next academic year IG and International board schools, too, will commence. We are getting good responses from parents. We are also working on a digital education system. With so many changes in BMC-managed schools, the administration has now decided to change the school uniform too,” said Joint Municipal commissioner Ajit Kumbhar.
