A 28-year-old eunuch, who gave the supari to stab a fellow eunuch, was arrested by the Unit 11 crime branch after they received a tip off. The incident occurred on Thursday midnight near SV Road, at Malad West.

The accused, a resident of BMC colony at Malwani, Malad West, identified as Maria alias Babu, sent the killer who posed as a customer and stabbed Mahim resident Priyanka Asti (32) at least six times.
According to police sources, Maria and Priyanka were involved in a scuffle earlier over territory to run their prostitution business in the area around Kandivli and Malad station.
The victim, who was admitted to Shatabdi Hospital, is now out of danger. The assailant is still at large. Assistant Police Inspector, Sharad Zine from Crime Branch, Unit 11, said, &ldquo;The case was registered at Bangur Nagar police station and we handed Maria to the cops after the arrest.&rdquo;
