On September 6, a 91-year-old senior citizen who was injured in a hit-and-run case near Eastern Freeway tunnel on September 5, succumbed to his injuries in Sion hospital.

The RCF cops have filed a case against unknown persons and are checking CCTV footage to establish the identity of the driver. The deceased had left his son`s house and was on his way to his village when the incident occured.
