The Mumbai Metro Aqua Line 3 has emerged as a new favourite among commuters, continuing to witness a steady rise in daily ridership. On October 15, the metro line recorded a total of 1,82,197 passengers, reflecting growing public confidence and increasing reliance on the newly launched corridor, according to the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC).

According to data shared by the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRC), the Aqua Line’s average weekday ridership has seen consistent growth since its initial operations began earlier this year. The increasing commuter turnout indicates that the underground metro corridor is gradually becoming one of the city’s preferred modes of transport, especially for office-goers and daily travellers seeking to avoid Mumbai’s surface traffic congestion.
