In an unprecedented move, Dr Sanjay Mukherjee, IAS, metropolitan commissioner, MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority), recently directly engaged with Mumbai Metro commuters. He interacted with commuters during their journeys on the Mumbai Metro.

According to a tweet by the MMRDA, “Dr Sanjay Mukherjee, IAS, Metropolitan Commissioner of MMRDA & CMD @MMMOCL_Official took proactive steps to engage directly with Mumbai Metro commuters. The feedback he received was overwhelmingly positive, with commuters expressing their satisfaction and recognising the clear dedication to improving city transportation.”
