Mulund slab collapse: CM announces Rs 5-lakh compensation for victim's family

According to latest information, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also said that the state will bear the entire cost of medical treatment for the three injured in the incident. The mishap occurred around 12.15 pm near pier 196, close to Mulund Fire Station and the Johnson and Johnson factory

The Maharashtra government has announced immediate financial relief of Rs 5 lakh to the family of the victim of the Mulund slab collapse incident. A parapet wall slab from the under-construction Mumbai Metro Line-4 girder bridge collapsed onto vehicles on LBS Road in Mulund on Saturday afternoon killing one person.

According to latest information, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis also said that the state will bear the entire cost of medical treatment for the three injured in the incident.
